I have been in the service business for most of my life. And I still believe in the old fashioned concept of good service. I have built up my business by putting myself in the customer's position and always trying to meet or exceed their expectations. Usually when you deal with a larger vending supplier, you get passed from person to person, hear a lot of promises, and eventually get dissappointed. I have many customers who have tried the big guys and have been unhappy with the service provided and especially with the price of the drinks and snacks.
